Our custom design process
Step 1: Consultation
Share your idea, preferred diamond specifications, ring size, reference images, and budget range. We will help you clarify the design direction before production begins.
Step 2: Diamond and setting selection
We can help source or recommend lab-grown diamonds in shapes such as pear, oval, marquise, emerald cut, radiant, round, and pink lab-grown diamond options. Settings may include 18K gold, platinum, sterling silver, solitaire, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, pave, or minimal designs.
Step 3: Quote and confirmation
After the main specifications are confirmed, we will provide a quote and expected production timeline. If certificate details such as IGI information are needed, please mention this before production.
Step 4: Production and delivery
Once confirmed, your jewelry will be prepared with care, quality checked, packed securely, and shipped with tracking when available.
Lab-grown diamond FAQ
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds created in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth. They have the brilliance, hardness, and durability expected from diamond jewelry.
Do you sell natural diamonds?
No. Yixin Brill focuses on lab-grown diamonds only. This keeps our product direction clear and helps clients choose fine jewelry with transparent specifications and better value.
Do you provide IGI certificates?
For selected loose diamonds and finished jewelry, IGI certificate details may be available when applicable. If a certificate is important for your order, please contact us before purchase or production so we can confirm the stone details with you.
What does emerald cut mean?
Emerald cut refers to a diamond shape. It is not the same as an emerald gemstone. Emerald-cut lab-grown diamonds have long step-cut facets and a clean, mirror-like shine.
Which diamond shapes can I request?
Common options include round, oval, pear, marquise, radiant, emerald cut, cushion, and other shapes depending on availability. Pink lab-grown diamonds and white lab-grown diamonds can be discussed based on your design goal.
How long does a custom order take?
Timing depends on the stone, setting, and design complexity. After you send your request, we will confirm the main details and provide an estimated production and delivery timeline before moving forward.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping options depend on the destination country and order value. Please include your destination country when requesting a quote so we can provide a more accurate shipping estimate.
Do you offer aftercare?
Yes. We support clients with sizing guidance, care advice, order updates, and after-sales questions so your jewelry remains easy to own and comfortable to wear.
